Very nice to see Star Trek back on the big screen. While there wasn't anything we haven't seen before on display, director J.J. Abrams executed everything superbly.#2 - Terminator: Salvation
Although some of the effects in the end sequences didn't quite seem ideal (Ah-nuld's superimposed face on a terminator as an example), the kick-ass "one-shot" helicopter crash sequence is what lands this in second place.#1 - Avatar
Is anyone surprised? James Cameron may not be able to write a perfect script, but he's a visual mastermind. Kudos to the pompous guy.
